Keith C. Berry is a native of Santa Barbara, California. While growing up Keith attended Franklin School, Santa Barbara Junior High School and Santa Barbara High School, graduating in the class of 1957. Upon graduation, Keith entered the United States Navy serving on the USS Helena and at the submarine base in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. As a graduate of local schools, Keith knows the area schools, understands the cultural diversities and appreciates the unique history of this prestigious area.

Keith entered the Real Estate Industry in 1964 as an employee for Security Title Insurance Co., then became a Real Estate Agent March 1, 1970. Keith is presently a Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker. Over the past 44 years Keith has appeared as a guest speaker and has written several articles on many areas of Real Estate throughout the state of California. Keith has served on the faculty of the Graduate Realtors Institute and as a member of the California Association of Real Estate Teachers. He was awarded Master Instructor Emeritus by the California Association of Realtors, and was listed in the register of Outstanding Young Men in America. Keith holds a Real Estate Certificate from Santa Barbara City College and is the only active Realtor in Santa Barbara with the following four professional designations: (GRI) Graduate Realtors Institute, (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist, (CRB) Certified Real Estate Broker Manager and (ABR) Accredited Buyers Representative. Keith is a longstanding member of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors and received recognition as a Top 100 Coldwell Banker agent in Southern California for 2000, 2002, 2003 and 2004; he has since remained in the top 1,000 Coldwell Banker agents out of 58,000.
